Westmoreland Hills / Spring Hill

Just off of Massachusetts Avenue, near Westmoreland Circle, Westmoreland Hills and its neighbor Spring Hill are only minutes from Downtown, Georgetown and Bethesda/Chevy Chase and also affords an easy commute to neighboring Virginia as well as access to all area airports. The shops, restaurants and Metros of Friendship Heights, Chevy Chase and Bethesda are within a short distance, as are many parks and the Capital Crescent Trail. So close to everything, this location is the perfect choice for those who desire a mature, established neighborhood with all of the conveniences of the city right at hand.

Westmoreland Hills

Chevy Chase Village

Just beyond the DC line, this property offers easy access to downtown Washington as well as to points in Maryland, Virginia and beyond, and is convenient to all area airports. The shops and restaurants of Friendship Heights, Chevy Chase and Bethesda and Metro are within a short distance, as are many parks and the Capital Crescent Trail. The Village has its own police department and other services, and residents are able to take advantage of many amenities, including daily house checks by the police department while traveling. So close to everything, this location is the perfect choice for those who desire a mature, established neighborhood with all of the conveniences of the city right at hand.

Chevy Chase DC

The shops, restaurants and amenities of upper Connecticut Avenue, as well as those of Friendship Heights and the Friendship Heights Metro, are all in close proximity. Residents also enjoy popular Lafayette Park and nearby Broad Branch Market. DC, Maryland, and Virginia are all an easy commute, whether via Metro or car, and all three area international airports are easily reached. An A+ location, this spot is also noted for its mature, tree-lined streets, lovely architecture, wonderful schools, and warm and welcoming community. Chevy Chase is a perfect place for those who desire the charm and quiet of a neighborhood coupled with all the conveniences of the city.

Spring Valley

The suburb you didn’t know existed within D.C. city limits. Big family homes, spacious yards, and only minutes from downtown, NoVa, and Maryland, Spring Valley has been a family favorite for decades. Situated between Loughboro Road, Dalecarlia Parkway, and Massachusetts Avenue, this neighborhood is tucked away from the city behind rolling hills of tree-lined streets. The neighborhood has been called home by former presidents, foreign diplomats, and sitting senators, and Wagshal’s Delicatessen, a Spring Valley institution and resident favorite. Consistently named one of the best neighborhoods in Washington D.C., this quaint, close-knit community is beloved by its residents.

Wesley Heights

This desirable neighborhood is a wonderful community for families. Its stately homes include large yards on tree-lined streets with paved sidewalks throughout. Residents live steps from shops and restaurants including Chef Geoff’s on New Mexico Avenue. Dog owners, joggers and sledders in the winter take advantage of neighboring Battery Kemble Park. This fantastic location provides easy commuter access to downtown D.C., Georgetown, Maryland and Virginia.

Kenwood

Bordered by Plainview Road, Kenwood Golf and Country Club and Highboro Drive, and Whittier Boulevard, Kenwood lies just outside the D.C. limits. What began as a large dairy farm in the late 1920s has developed into breathtaking residential neighborhood most famous for the canopies of cherry blossoms that bloom each spring. Residents of this community-oriented neighborhood enjoy a variety of events hosted by the Kenwood Citizens Association, including holiday festivities and an annual talent show. Close to Downtown Bethesda and the Capital Crescent Trail, Kentwood is conveniently located for those who want to take and stroll through the woods and take a trip to town in the same afternoon.

Kent

Bordering the Palisades, Kent is nestled between MacArthur Boulevard and Battery Kemble Park. Well known for its eclectic variety of architectural styles, this neighborhood has an incredibly rich history dating back to the Civil War. Adjacent to Battery Kemble Park, Kent has more green space than anywhere else in the city, perfect for neighborhood block parties. While there are no stores in Kent, Spring Valley Shopping Center, the stores and restaurants that line MacArthur Boulevard, and the metro are just minutes away.

Sumner

Fort Sumner, located in South Bethesda, is named after the Civil War fort which stood in that location until 1956. Here you will find a wide variety of homes from Colonial to Cape Cods, contributing to the neighborhoods diverse culture and history. In addition to its namesake, Fort Sumner is best known for their Christmas Luminaria – a community-wide holiday tradition that leaves the neighborhood glowing by the light of small white lanterns. With an active citizens association, the Capital Crescent Trail and C&O Canal towpath only a half mile away, Georgetown within a short drive, residents of Fort Sumner always have something to do.

Georgetown

Georgetown

Filled with charm, history, luxury shops, and fine restaurants, Georgetown has been one of the most desirable places to live in our area for generations. Classic row houses line picturesque cobble-stone streets and much of the neighborhood has been granted historical distinction. Residents enjoy the close proximity to the many upscale stores and dining options. There’s also easy access to Northern Virginia, Upper NW, Foggy Bottom, and downtown Washington. It is home to Georgetown University and has been the neighborhood of choice for many of the city’s most famous residents.

AU Park

AU Park located just west of Tenleytown, shaped by Massachusetts Avenue, Nebraska Avenue, Wisconsin Avenue and Western Avenue. Street-only parking and connected front yards in this friendly neighborhood lends to play dates and barbeques, and the perfect atmosphere to raise a family. Beautiful Colonial homes with front porches line the streets of this small, quiet neighborhood within walking distance of shops, restaurants and grocery stores, and a quick drive from the Tenleytown metro. Shopping or dinning at your favorite AU Park restaurant you’ll see neighbors, students, and local celebrities, visiting their regular spots.
